Your hike will lead you through the region's olive orchards, fig groves, and citrus farms, arriving at Panagia Drosiani, one of the oldest churches in the Balkans dating back to the 6th century AD. This church is considered to be one of Naxos` most significant Christian monuments. Midway through your trek, you will reach the village of Moni, and after a short break under the trees, you proceed to the charming villages of Kaloxylos and Akadimoi. In the heart of Kaloxylos village, a visit to the folklore museum awaits, allowing you to step back in time and marvel at the rare exhibits from a bygone era.
