We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the tour date, do not show up, arrive late at the meeting point, or request to not complete the route, no refund will be given.
If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, you will either be able to reschedule or receive a full refund. Any credit card or bank fees will not be included in the refund.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
