When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

The route of the trip depends on the weather. If the weather is not suitable, for the safety of all involved, the choice then will be a beautiful trip to South Naxos (Rina Cave, Aliko and Kalandos).
If your sailing is canceled due to high winds or rough seas we will try to arrange another date. If that doesn't suit you for whatever reason, you will receive an instant 100% refund. No worries, no fuss.
Cancellations that will be placed at least 7 days prior to departure mean 100% refund of the down/full payment.
For cancellations within 2-6 days prior to departure a 50% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees.
No show or cancellation within 48 hours to the scheduled time results in 100% charge.
For changes that will be placed at least 24 hours prior to departure there is no extra fee but the new reservation is subject to availability.
If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then cancellation terms will be applied.
If the cruise is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and/or force majeure events, our guests can choose another date subject to availability, or else they are entitled to 100% refund of the down/full payment.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
