We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

If the weather is bad and, for your safety, your excursion is cancelled, you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If you cannot or do not want to reschedule, for any reason, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking, without any extra fees or charges. No hassle, no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

Cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation fee will be applied for reservations cancelled after confirmation and in time period up to 15 days prior to boat embarkation.
Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for reservations cancelled in a period less than 15 days prior to boat embarkation.
If the weather conditions don’t allow your embarkation there is no cancelation fee. We will refund 100% your amount.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.

We were lucky as the weather was great so we were able to make the crossing to Paros. Blue Lagoon was a bit crowded but we had a great time on the yacht. Crew was awesome and cool
