When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If the weather is bad and, for your safety, your excursion is cancelled, you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If you cannot or do not want to reschedule, for any reason, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking, without any extra fees or charges. No hassle, no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

Cancellations that will be placed at least 30 days prior to departure mean 100% refund.
For cancellations within 15-29 days prior to departure a 50% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees.
For cancellations within 8-14 days prior to departure a 70% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees.
No show or cancellation within 7 days to the scheduled time results in 100% charge.
For changes that will be placed at least 4 days prior to departure there is no extra fees but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then cancellation terms will be applied.
If the catamaran can't travel to your preferred destination or follow your preferred itinerary due to the weather, for the safety of all involved, another itinerary will be suggested by the captain. A full or partial refund cannot be given in such scenarios.
If the cruise is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and/or force majeure events, our guests can choose another date subject to availability, or else they are entitled to 100% refund of the down/full payment.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
