We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

The cruise begins at 09:30 as you set off on a luxurious catamaran to explore the beauty of Naxos or the Small Cyclades. Discover secluded beaches and hidden coves, accessible only by boat, where you can swim and snorkel in crystal-clear waters. With a professional skipper and crew taking care of every detail, this tailor-made experience offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Snorkeling equipment, floating devices and towels are provided, ensuring comfort and convenience as you explore the stunning surroundings.

By midday, enjoy a freshly prepared onboard lunch featuring local ingredients, served alongside chilled wine, ouzo, beer and raki. Fresh fruit, coffee and cakes are available throughout the journey, making every moment a delight. With plenty of time to unwind on deck, soak in the sun, and admire the breathtaking Aegean views, the experience continues until 16:30 when you return to Naxos, bringing back unforgettable memories of a perfect day at sea.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If the weather is bad and, for your safety, your excursion is cancelled, you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If you cannot or do not want to reschedule, for any reason, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking, without any extra fees or charges. No hassle, no fuss.

The tour organiser will always offer an equivalent itinerary of the same duration, visiting equally impressive places that are less affected by the weather, and providing an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

Cancellations that will be placed at least 20 days prior departure offers 100% refund of the down/full payment.
For cancellations within 7-19 days prior departure a 50% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees.
For cancellations within 2-6 days prior departure a 70% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees. No show or cancellation within 48 hours to the scheduled time results in 100% charge.
For changes that will be placed at least 24hours prior departure there is no extra fees but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then cancellation terms will be applied.
If the cruise is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and/or force majeure events, our guests can choose another date subject to availability, or else they are entitled to 100% refund of the down/full payment.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
