This experience gives you a unique opportunity to get to know the traditional way of living and cooking.
From the first minutes of your arrival, you will feel like part of the family and get to know the small village of Kaloxylos and its inhabitants. The cooking instructors will welcome you to their traditional home where you will cook together a full Naxian meal based on recipes, passed from generation to generation.
The menu depends on your personal preferences, the season of the year, and of course the available products growing in their own garden. During the course, you can keep notes about the small secrets of Greek cuisine, as well as hints and tips to make great dishes back home.
