Kampos is a small settlement in northern Naxos, known for its organic farms, the serene beach with sheltered waters, and the picturesque chapel of Agios Mamas perched on the rocks. This one-way kayak tour begins with a visit to 'Ktima Kampos', a small, family run organic farm. During a 30 to 40-minute tour, you will explore a variety of trees, vegetables, flowers, herbs, and essential oils while learning about organic farming techniques and tasting fresh produce. After gearing up and a short briefing, you will set off on your kayaking adventure.
The route covers 12 km (7.45 miles) and features stunning rock formations, vibrant coastal colors, and remote beaches. Along the way, you take two breaks to swim, snorkel, and enjoy freshly-made snacks and lunch. A special highlight is a coffee break on the beach. The journey also includes exploring hidden gems such as natural arches, narrow channels, and sea caves.
The tour concludes at the beach of Ai-Giannides, just a short 5 to 10-minute drive from Naxos town (Hora).
