We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled day 100% of fare is returned and there will be no additional costs.
For cancellations made over than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day or no show, fare is not refunded.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions fare is 100% refundable.
The Company is not responsible for any delays on route, departures or no compliance with the timetable due to bad weather conditions, orders from the port police or for reasons of force majeure.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
