We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. On the next stop explore the tranquil island of Koufonissi and relax at one of the most popular places in Greece.

Stroll in the town (Chora) and admire the white washed houses with blue windows.

We recommend renting a bike and discovering the treasures of this lovely island.

Don't miss lunch in the traditional fish taverns. From the port, small boats can take you across the uninhabited Kato Koufonissi or on a round trip to the beautiful beaches with azure waters.

Can I pay on arrival?

Contact us at least 24hrs before the commencement of your excursion and we will organize a refund of your full payment.
The time for the payment to arrive in your account will vary depending on your bank, but typically it is about a week.
In order to combat fraud, we will not proceed with the refund until we can see the money for the payment in our account.
