When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

In case of bad weather, you will be provided with an alternative tour at the same cost, or be fully refunded
For cancellations received within 1 day of the tour departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee per person
For cancellations received within 2 days of the tour departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee per person
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
