Weather-related cancellationIf weather conditions make it unsafe for the excursion to operate and the tour organiser cancels the excursion for safety reasons, you will first be offered the opportunity to reschedule your booking. If you are unable or do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled excursion, with no cancellation fees or additional charges.
