We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

If you cannot or do not want to reschedule, for any reason, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking, without any extra fees or charges. No hassle, no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

No fee is charged for cancellations prior to 3 days before the confirmed book date
For cancellations 48 hours prior to the reservation 30% of the total amount will be charged
For cancellations made 24 hours before the trip 100% of the total amount will be charged
In case you want to amend the day of the cruise, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability
If there is no availability for the new requested date then the cancellation terms are applied
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, a 100% refund of the down or full payment applies
The operator reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the tour due to inclement weather or realize the tour with any vessel of the same category depending on availability
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
