If cancelled up to one month before date of arrival, no fee will be charged If cancelled later than one month, the deposit will be charged In case of no-show or cancellation one day before your trip, cancellation fees will be charged equal to the total reservation amount In case of any modification in tour day you must inform us a week before your eventual day, otherwise you will be charged the total reservation amount Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season. The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. Weather-related cancellation If weather conditions make it unsafe for the excursion to operate and the tour organiser cancels the excursion for safety reasons, you will first be offered the opportunity to reschedule your booking. If you are unable or do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled excursion, with no cancellation fees or additional charges. Weather-related itinerary changes In some cases, weather or sea conditions may affect only part of the planned itinerary while still allowing the excursion to operate safely. For safety reasons, the tour organiser may therefore modify the itinerary and provide an alternative route or destination. In such cases, no refund is provided, provided that the alternative excursion is of the same scheduled duration and offers a reasonably equivalent experience. All itinerary changes are made with passenger safety as the primary consideration.
