Learn the secrets of wine production with this enchanting tour of the Saint Anna winery and vineyard in Naxos. A unique experience that you won't forget anytime soon. The experience is provided in English or Greek and hosts less than 12 people. Firstly, you will get a tour of one of the oldest Byzantine churche on the island which is located next to the estate.
Then, you will get a tour of the vineyards and olive groves as well as a display of garden products. Finally, you will visit the winery and learn all about how wine is made. Of course, not only will you learn about it, but also have a tasting during a small buffet with a variety of local cheese, olives and other local delicacies. You can buy some bottles of wine at reduced prices and relive your experience another day back home!

Manolis is clearly passionate about the winery and it's impressive what he has achieved in only a few years. We learned a lot during the tour and enjoyed the wines. There were a couple of hiccups with transportation (largely due to communication delays / language barrier) but everything was sorted in the end. The dessert wines, his speciality, were a particular highlight.
A unique experience touring Saint Anna Winery. If you plan on going I would request a transfer from the host. The snack were all fresh from his garden and other local farms and we enjoyed the company of the others at our table.
Our group had a great experience at Saint Anna winery. After leaving big wineries in Athens and coming home to start a small winery, the love and pride of winemaking and his garden is evident in the host. The food tray is quite good and the experience is quite informative on the overall wine-making process. Saint Anna has delicious dessert wines as this is their specialty. As long as you are aware of this and do not go into the experience expecting many dry wines, you will be more than happy.
