When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Fun, safe and easy, snorkeling is ideal for people who can't dive or feel better on the surface of the sea.

Accompanied by our professional and international staff, snorkelers will go with the scuba divers out on one of our Zodiac boat to one of the many dive sites located around Nikouria Island.

While from the boat you will get the chance to see more of the island in the sea you will enjoy the beautiful underwater architecture, encounter marine life.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

All dive/snorkel/excursions will commence as scheduled, without further notice from the tour provider with a 100% refund.
Refunds will be provided only for cancellations earlier than 24 hours before the tour due to medical reasons.
Cancellations due to sickness must be justified in writing by a Medical authority.
Rainy or cloudy weather is no valid reason for cancellation by the client, harbour master recommendations are followed on when to cancel a tour.
“No Show” without notice in advance is equivalent to a cancellation without notice.
In case your dive is cancelled due to poor weather, we will first try to find an alternative date. If that is not suitable, for whatever reason, we will provide an instant, no fuss 100% refund.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
