Every Thursday and Sunday, the itinerary starts at Sangri, where you will visit the iconic Temple of Demeter (the admittance fee is included in the price). Then, in Damalas, you will visit a traditional pottery workshop where Mr. Manolis will be glad to share with you the secrets of this ancient craft that flourished in Sifnos, as well as a restored olive mill that is still in operation! Next, in the beautiful village of Kaloxylos, you will visit the island's first historic electric power plant and an old cold-press olive mill, where you will also enjoy a small tasting session (included in the price).

Each stop offers a unique perspective on the traditions of Naxos, from ancient worship to traditional crafts, making this itinerary ideal for history and culture enthusiasts.

Every Tuesday, when the archaeological site in Sangri is closed, the first stop is in Halki, known for its charming atmosphere, neoclassical buildings, Byzantine churches, and the 'kitron' distillery that has been operating since 1896. Here, you will have time to explore the beautiful shops and galleries before continuing your tour to the mountainous Filoti, where the shops in the restored neighborhood of 'Fasolas' offer you a trip back in time, with restored shops of obsolete professions. The final stop is in Apiranthos, also known as the "marble village." With its picturesque alleys and ample free time for wandering, you can visit one or more of the village's five small museums, or simply explore the narrow streets with the traditional shops and taverns.

With free pickup service from the most popular locations in Naxos (Hora, Agios Georgios, Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, and Plaka), or departure at 10 AM directly from the provider's office in front of the port, this excursion is designed with your comfort in mind.

Whether you are interested in ancient temples and history, traditional crafts, or the tranquility of mountain villages, this guided tour promises a fulfilling four hours in Naxos, accompanied by a local tour leader.
