When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

For bookings of over 5 people two boats are automatically reserved. You don't need to do anything
You must be aged 21 years or more to rent a boat but anyone over the age of five can join the cruise
You may be asked to leave a deposit before renting the boat so please bring cash, a credit card and some form of ID
