We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Rarely, bad weather may also mean that, for your safety, a different itinerary is used. Here, no refund is possible. The tour organizer will always offer an equivelant itinerary taking the same amount of time and visiting equally impressive places (just those not so prone to bad weather) and offering an equally enjoyable experience that you are sure to treasure.

Description

Your private sunset cruise starts from Naxos marina from where the authentic Ketch 35 sailing yacht smoothly travels you around the island of Naxos. The cruise's itinerary depends on the weather conditions on the day of your cruise. During the sail, the crew will prepare and serve you some wine and snacks, juices, soft drinks and sandwiches.

Afterwards, you will return to Naxos Town and settle at an ideal location to fully enjoy the sunset, under the landmark of Naxos, the Portara, standing on the islet of Palatia.

You can lay back and relax on the deck enjoying delicious, local house wine. Depending on the time of the year, the return journey will start around 8.30 pm.

Your email ticket will contain all the information you need for an easy and smooth experience. You’ll get contact details, meeting point or pick up details with a Google map, our direct line (in case you need it) and much more.You’ll be asked later in the booking process if you have any special dietary requirements, such as food allergies.

This excursion doesn't include a transfer but, if you like, we can provide one. When you make your booking we'll ask you for your accommodation details. Just fill this part in and we'll send you a quote. You then accept or decline.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If the weather is bad and, for your safety, your excursion is cancelled, you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If you cannot or do not want to reschedule, for any reason, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking, without any extra fees or charges. No hassle, no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the client, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
a. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation fee will be applied for reservations cancelled after confirmation and in a period up to 15 days before boat embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for reservations cancelled in a period less than 15 days before boat embarkation.
If the weather conditions don’t allow your embarkation there is no cancellation fee. We will refund 100% of your amount.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
