Next, you will head to the village of Melanes to explore the famous Kouros of Flerio. Dating back to 570 BC, this monumental statue stands nearly 6 meters tall, with one leg broken, making it one of the most impressive sights of ancient Greek sculpture.
On your way to the historic Panagia Drossiani, you will pass by the village of Kinidaros, known for its marbles, offering a glimpse into the rich geology of the island. As you arrive at Panagia Drossiani, a remarkable historical church located south of Moni Village, you will encounter some of the oldest murals in the Balkans, adding to the site's cultural significance.
