We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Description

The Hoverboard by ZR is a hydro-propelled board, which allows the user to ride and surf in total freedom above the water.

Connected to the PWC pump by a hose (18 or 23 meters long), the Hoverboard by ZR user can manage the board with ease and can reach up to 8 meters above the sea to an average speed of 40 km/h.

The hose is connected to a jet ski and it is 18 meters long.

The water pressure coming from there is more than enough to lift you easily and even hover above water at a speed of up to 15mph at about 15 feet up in the air.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Can I pay on arrival?

Cancel up to 24hrs before your start time for a free 100% refund

Contact us at least 24hrs before the commencement of your excursion and we will organize a refund of your full payment.
The time for the payment to arrive in your account will vary depending on your bank, but typically it is about a week.
In order to combat fraud, we will not proceed with the refund until we can see the money for the payment in our account.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation.
