Getting to the location

Free pick-up service is offered from all around Santorini island, although some areas are not easily accessible by bus/minivan. You are requested to write down your hotel address in the booking process and the local office will confirm with you after the booking if your accommodation is accessible. If it is not, your default pick-up place will be at Fira Bus Terminal (see below).

Can I pay on arrival?

Simple & easy cancellation policy

For cancellations up to 21 days prior to the tour’s date 0% cancellation fees
For cancellations from 21 up to 15 days prior to the tour’s date 50% cancellation fees
For cancellations from 15 days prior to the tour’s date or less or a no-show 100% cancellation fees
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation. It does not indicate the amount of the refund.
