When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within days or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Description

Bubble maker is as fun as it sounds.

Your children will explore underwater at a maximum depth of 2 meters and in this way, they will get familiar with swimming in shallow water.

This lesson consists of basic introduction to how to use scuba gear, how to clean a regulator, and mask and a general overview of what's allowed and what's not.

Parental approval is required.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Can I pay on arrival?

Cancel up to 24hrs before your start time for a free 100% refund

Contact us at least 24hrs before the commencement of your excursion and we will organize a refund of your full payment.
The time for the payment to arrive in your account will vary depending on your bank, but typically it is about a week.
In order to combat fraud, we will not proceed with the refund until we can see the money for the payment in our account.
Changing your booking date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Prices may also vary depending on the season.
The text "Free cancellation" refers to the fact that there is no penalty charge from us to process a refund or cancellation.
